What Is the Connection Between the Disney Princesses

Life without Disney is a life incomplete!
No one has quoted this yet, but it defo should be a thing. I have always been a fan of Snow White and Rapunzel, first because of the books I read as a child and later because of Disney movies that brought it all to life on screen. If I say Disney characters are iconic, even then, I feel, it's an understatement. The Disney universe is like a gift that keeps on giving, so imagine my surprise when I got to know that some of the famous characters could be related to each other. I did some digging on these characters and found some fan theories and some actual facts that were nothing short of shocking revelations. Here's what all I found out.
1. Hercules is Ariel's uncle

This a fact and involves Greek mythology. Ariel's father, King Triton is the son of Poseidon and it so happens that Poseidon is the brother of Hercules' father, Zeus. So, that makes Hercules and Ariel's father cousins. Now isn't that interesting?
2. Belle from Beauty and the Beast is the grandmother of Jane Porter from Tarzan.

Disney movies are known for their Easter eggs and one of them confirms that Belle from Beauty and the Beast and Jane Porter from Tarzan are related. Apart from the fact that both of them wear the same shade of yellow and their love for books, fans noticed the tea set that's present in Beauty and the Beast was also part of Tarzan. Yup, it's the very one that Trek, the gorilla, uses as a musical instrument. The fan conspiracy also explores the fact the Belle was French and Jane was an American by stating that during the French revolution, to avoid the guillotine, Belle and her Prince must have fled from France.
3. Tarzan is Elsa and Anna's Long Lost Brother.

Now, this one theory might sound far-fetched but still somehow makes sense. Remember how in Frozen it is just informed to Elsa and Anna that their parents have died in a shipwreck? Well, the fans think that there was no shipwreck and after surviving the storm the ship shored to an island with luscious jungle. They settled there and had a baby boy who was named Tarzan. Woah! Now that's a story with a twist.

Immediately after the release of Frozen, internet buzzed about the cameo Rapunzel and Flynn Rider make in the song 'For The First Time In Forever'. Also, Jennifer Lee who is the writer and director of Frozen later confirmed that Elsa and Anna's parents were on their way to a wedding when they encountered the sea storm. Guess whose wedding they were going to? The conspiracy hints that they were headed for Rapunzel's wedding as both the royal families are related it seems.
Now aren't these some interesting theories?! Unfortunately, Disney neither denies nor confirms these theories but the fans have their eyes on every little detail. At least, we now know that Hercules and Ariel are related for sure! I can't wait to find out more such fan theories.
Also, I still can't get over the theory of Belle being Jane's grandmother! Which one of these did you find to be the most shocking?
